ANDREW HASERLAT
Born and raised in Ipswich Massachusetts, a small beach town north of Boston, Andrew has always loved to entertain. His fascination with magic lead him at an early age to the stage and he hasn't turned back since. When he was younger, he was fortunate enough to perform at some of Boston's most prestigious venues including Symphony Hall and the Hatch Shell.
During high school, surrounded by dedicated teachers, Andrew continued to excel in music and theater. He started his high school theatrical endeavors as Peter Rabbit and concluded with roles of Jesus (Godspell) and the King of Siam (The King & I).
Andrew studied theater, voice, and dance at Bates College while also obtaining a degree in Biology. At Bates Andrew performed with the Manic Optimists, an all-male a cappella group, served as President his senior year, and has several solos on their first CD. He designed scenery for 7 stage productions and served as prop-master for over 15 department shows. For his thesis Andrew directed and designed (scenery) Kenneth Lonergan's timeless play This is our Youth. At the end of his senior year he artistic directed and played the underdog Seymour Krelborn in Little Shop of Horrors, a production he co-produced.
Following graduation Andrew moved for a short stint to Boston, MA while pursuing theater. While living there Andrew served as Education Associate for the prestigious North Shore Music Theatre Youth Performance Academy. Boston also fostered Andrew's love for film/tv acting.
Andrew currently resides in New York City, NY as a full time actor, director, and designer. In addition to his career in entertainment Andrew owns and is chief designer for ACH DESIGN CO (a multifaceted design and style company in NYC). He is a gardender and self-proclaimed plant daddy. He is proud member of SAG/AFTRA & AEA.
